Great idea! I'd love to participate. One book I'd suggest is Make It Stick-it has some practical insights on learning, memory, and teaching that could lead to some interesting discussions.

I love this idea!! Another book option could be Intentional Innovation: How to Guide Risk-Taking, Build Creative Capacity and Lead Change by A.J.Juliani.
