Hi All!

I see where there are a lot of organizations that had livestreams for the annular eclipse in October 2023.

You might want to check the Exploratorium's Total Solar Eclipse Guide they've consistently run high-quality, educational livestreams in past eclipses and are easy to follow.

I've used a few livestreams for major astronomy events, and I've generally had the best experience with streams hosted by universities, observatories, or established astronomy organizations rather than the bigger general-purpose channels.
