Hello Maria,
If this is stil something you are curious about, I would be happy to share some insights, resources, and possible some materials with you. I am not sure what type of "Large Viewers" you are looking for but I still have the 3 large viewers that we used for the 2024 eclipse. I would love to see them go somewhere and be used again. I have attached pictures of the large viewers, and a picture of the punch card, which is one of my favorite, cheap, and safe to use ways of "watching" an eclipse. Feel free to email me to continue this conversation or to share lessons and resources.

Subject: Solar Viewing Film by the Roll (Got Extra?)
I have the same question and I'm trying to figure this part out too. I'm also looking for a cost-effective way to get solar viewing film for making large viewers, and rolls seem way more than I need. The sheets I've found are just too expensive for multiple viewers, and I haven't had luck finding someone to split a roll with yet. If anyone here has ideas on where to find reasonably priced film, or if there's a way to share a roll without the shipping costs being crazy, I'd really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks!

Hello Fellow Eclipse Programming Content Creators,
I am with WonderLab, in Bloomington, Indiana. We are looking to create 3 solar viewers for the eclipse that can be used by a group of people at a time. Each viewer has an area for the film that is 24 inches by 48 inches. I am looking to purchase solar viewing paper, but I can only find sheets (cost prohibitive), or rolls (way more than we need). Have any of you purchased a roll that we could buy some from you, or would any of you want to go in on a roll together? I know distance might also make sharing a roll also cost prohibitive, but I am willing to look into it if any one is interested. Feel free to reply here or to me directly at kelli@wonderlab.org.
