The
YOUmedia Learning Labs Lead Contributors (LCs) help to connect CoP members to resources developed (mostly) through the YOUmedia network. They also support and encourage community-building amongst people in this community of practice. The YOUmedia CoP has been community-driven since 2014, with direct leadership from these LCs:
Community Managers (CMs) are responsible for the overall maintenance of the YOUmedia Learning Labs community and public sites. CMs manage the Lead Contributors who work directly with YOUmedia Learning Labs members to support and grow the community.
